Getting there: The airport is a 15-20 minute train journey from Salzburg railway station. The number 77 bus also runs regularly between the airport and the main railway station. From the station, take the train to Hallein and then take the number 41 bus to Neuhausl. Alternatively, taxis are available from outside the airport terminal.
Driving directions: From Vienna or Munich, take the A10 in the direction of Villach. Exit for Hallein, head for the town centre and then follow signs for Bad Durrnberg.
Getting around: A car is advisable for exploring the surrounding area.
